Head of Inside Sales / Lead Generation

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Build, lead, and manage a high-performing inside sales team that can work as a sustainable framework to achieve sales targets
• Develop sales opportunity by researching potential accounts, building rapport, and providing technical information about products
• Contact prospects, customers, and partners through email and phone calls to offer support, get feedback, develop business leads, establish relationships, and close deals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute a strategy to nurture leads and keep customers engaged.
• Qualify leads and nurture them by performing custom user requirements analyses.
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain a prospect pipeline through
• Identify the pain points of potential buyers and provide specific advice on how our solutions address them.
• Analyze the lead nurturing and engagement activities of competitors, research their user base and budgets, and use this information to make recommendations to improve the sales process.

What You Need

• 3+ years sales/lead generation experience, with at least 2 years in a closing role
• Experience of selling enterprise-grade technology solutions to medium and large enterprises based in North America, Europe, Middle East, and/or North Africa
• Knowledge and experience of using list building and list management tools and techniques
• Experience using Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and any other modern CRM/sales tools
• Demonstrated success nurturing leads into customers and closing deals over $50,000[NF1]
• Experience and confidence to drive strategy discussions with C-level executives
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written. Our target audience is mostly in the US, and it’s your job to make sure you’re able to get your point across perfectly and hit the sweet spot every time.
• Experience working in an Enterprise Software product company would be a PLUS!

 

Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for Senior Software Engineers for our Karachi office located in Technology Park, Shahreh Faisal.

These positions are highly technical and require a deep understanding of computer science and software engineering concepts, extensive hands-on experience with the Microsoft .net platform, database systems, and cloud storage environments.

As part of the selection process, you will go through a series of in-depth interviews where you will be quizzed and tested on your areas of expertise. These interviews will cover topics such as computer science foundation, object oriented programming, software engineering, .net platform, C#/Java/SQL, and much more. These interviews will be conducted by our senior engineering staff from around the world.

Selected individuals will join an elite team of engineers collaborating on developing and refining cutting-edge technology products in the areas of data integration, big data, cloud computing, and data warehousing.

Software Sales Trainee

Position:

The Entry-Level Software Sales Trainee provides support to members of the sales team through learning about the Astera sales process as well as administrative support by performing administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, placing job ads, arranging conference calls, and other similar office related tasks. We are open to part-time and full-time employees. We are looking for an ambitious, hard worker, looking to grow and get experience. This job would start as a Software Sales Trainee position with the goal of moving into a software sales role.

Responsibilities:

• Learn our sales process and assist our sales team as needed, including sitting in on calls, assisting with written contracts, managing Docusign, sending emails, and other support tasks
• Perform general office duties such as answering and forwarding calls, ordering supplies, and other maintenance tasks
• Sort resumes of job candidates and schedule interviews
• Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings
• Make travel arrangements for engineers
• Perform other duties as required to run an office smoothly

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills, including MS Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree or in current program
• Sales experience appreciated but not required
